Description
Laid up during the fall of 1974 and never operated again under her own power. Sold in 1980 to North Central Maritime and retired from active service. Subsequently converted to a storage barge at Superior, Wisconsin by Fraser Shipyards. Towed to Zilwaukee, Michigan where she loaded grain for Montreal, Quebec. On her return into the lakes she was towed to Buffalo, New York during May of 1981 and then to Chicago, Illinois late that year.
