Description
Grounded in the Gulf of Suez (28°02'30.0"N 33°22'18.0"E) on 1 September 1983 while enroute from Constantia, Romania for Mogadishu, Somalia with a cargo of bagged cement. An engine room fire broke out and eventually gutted the entire super structure. On 12 September 1983 she was declared a total loss. Final disposition unknown, presumed scrapped locally.
