| While underway on the St. Lawrence Seaway west of Montreal, Quebec, Canada on 15 September 2000 she struck the lock wall at the upper Beauharnois, Quebec and sustained significant hull damage. At the time she was enroute from Puerto Cabello, Venezuela to Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Upon subsequent inspection at Cote Ste. Catherine, Quebec she was found to be beyond economical repair and was later retired from service. |
