HMCS Okanagan - Welland Canal - September 22, 2011
 
Entering the Welland Canal from Lake Ontario at Port Weller, Ontario, Canada on 22 September 2011. She was being towed by the tugs Ecosse and Seahound and was destined for Port Maitland, Ontario where she was to be cut up for scrap.
