In 2001 CCGS Nahidik was tasked with hydrographic survey work in several areas of Canada's western Arctic. Sept 9, 2001 we were working in Spence Bay - Taloyoak - Talurjuaq and had to move closer to the community for tv reception so we could see what was happening in New York. |
