John Purves - Welland Canal - Port Weller, Ontario, Canada - July 16, 1974
 
Photographed at Port Weller piers while towing the brand new tank barge DISCOVERY which was built in Sturgeon Bay for the New England Aquarium. The identity of the stern tug is unknown. The barge was used from 1974 until 2005 at the New England Aquarium site at the central wharf in Boston, Massachusetts.
