CCGS Tracy
CCGS Tracy - Cap St. Michel (Varennes), Québec - December, 1977
 
Canadian Coast Guard 1968-built navaids tender Tracy as shown while removing summer buoys on the St. Lawrence River off Cap St. Michel (Varennes) in December 1977. An early winter freeze-up complicated the task and her deck crew had to work in -30 degree C temperatures at the time I captured this scene
