The newly commissioned Littoral Combat Ship Little Rock (LCS-9) exiting the St. Lawrence Seaway off Longueuil, Québec on December 24, 2017, and heading for a pier in Montréal Harbour to have her fenders removed. Little did we know that she would be trapped in Montréal for the next 3 months because of winter ice. |
