This tug made a rare trip in the Seaway bound for Montreal or further downstream. Transited the St.Lambert lock on Sept. 2, 1987. Back up two days later. Likely, it assisted another tug to tow a laker heading to a scrapyard overseas. That day, on Sept. 2, 1987, in a very rare occasion, two lakers were under tow in the Seaway, Enders M. Voorhees and Thomas W. Lamont.
