Built in 2016, by Washburn and Doughty Associates of East Boothbay, Maine (hull #117). Powered by two, Tier III compliant, medium speed, two cycle, EMD ME12G7C-T3 diesel engines. With Schottel SRP 1515 FP z-drives. The drives are fitted with 2,600(mm ) stainless steel propellers for a rated 6,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided two, Tier III compliant, 99kw/120/208 VAC, three-phase John Deere 6068TFM76 generators.

The tug's capacities are 40,000 gallons of fuel oil, with 3,300 gallons for fuel overflow. 1,000 gallons of lube oil, 175 gallons of gear oil, 175 gallons of hydraulic oil, 105 gallons for coolant holding, 2,200 gallons of grey water and or treated sewage, 4,000 gallons of potable water, 15,000 gallons of ballast water, and 1,000 gallons of dirty oil.

The towing gear consists of a Markey DEPC 48 electric hawser winch, mounted on the bow. And, a Markey CEWC 60 electric hawser capstan aft.
