Stonefax - Welland Canal - October 16, 1966
Photographed on 16 October 1966 while she was lying sunk on the bottom of the Welland Canal north of Port Robinson, Ontario following a collision 2 days earlier with the ocean vessel Arthur Stove. Meaford and other vessels were allowed to pass at the slowest possible speed until she was raised on the 25th.
